Beachbody Coaching

My story is not your typical "Beachbody-Success-Turned-Coach" story.  I didn't have a major physical transformation.  I was already in shape, working out 5-6 times a week and eating healthy.  I certainly didn't need the accountability.  My accountability was looking in the mirror.  My husband had been out of work for a few months, but that was a choice we had made together, and we had savings, so I didn't NEED the money.

Don't they say, "You don't know what you have until it's gone"?  Well, I didn't know I was missing anything in my life, until I became a Beachbody coach.  I thought I was pushing myself when I worked out, but I didn't realize I wasn't mixing it up enough, working every part of my body in different ways.  I thought I was eating healthy, but I didn't realize I wasn't eating enough.  I thought everyone knew how hard I worked to maintain my health, but they didn't.  I thought people knew that they could come to me for support and encouragement, but they didn't.  I also thought having negative, politic-ranting Facebook statuses filling up my newsfeed was normal.  I thought it was normal to be exhausted all the time.  I thought it was normal to be in a group of people I had never met before, many of whom already knew each other, and to feel alone.

Being a Beachbody Coach has not only made me healthier than I ever thought possible, it has made me HAPPIER.  In the coaches on my team, I have found people I can relate to, people who are happy, people who care about whether I am happy, and who support me, either in my business or in my personal life.  I have found a passion for helping others be healthier and happier, no matter what their individual circumstances are.  I have found a passion for personal development, for learning different ways to be more organized, more confident, and to go for what I want in my life.

Why I became a Beachbody Coach is not the same reason I am a Beachbody Coach now, nor, do I suspect, will it be the same reason I am one in a year from now.
