Shakeology



Shakeology:  Your new best friend.

Shakeology is my lifeline.  It is my favorite meal of the day.  It is my EASIEST meal of the day.  It's my healthiest meal of the day.  Putting those three adjectives together to describe one meal for me, personally, seems a little crazy.  I'm like that banner ^^ I hate veggies.  These are the veggies I eat:  lettuce (lame), spinach (eh), tomatoes (basically a fruit), cauliflower (raw!), and peppers.  I had a really traumatic three days with some cucumbers that you can read about here.

Anyway, as healthy as I have been trying to eat in recent years, my diet was definitely lacking some staples.  I kept telling myself I needed to take a multivitamin, but I couldn't drag myself to the drugstore to pick some up.

In all honesty, I started drinking Shakeology because it was sort of a necessary component to being a Beachbody coach.  I mean, how was I going to sell the stuff if I wasn't drinking it, right?

So I did.  I had never tried a health shake in my life, because I thought they looked gross.  But this one was delicious.  I mean DELICIOUS.  I made it taste like a Peppermint Mocha Frap.  And it kept me full for hours.  And it helped me stop thinking about Oreos and ACTUAL Peppermint Mocha Fraps.  And I started losing inches around my waist and chest and hips.  And I stopped experiencing energy crashes around 2 pm.

Could this all be from Shakeology?!

Indeed it could.  I started really looking at the ingredients.  I compared the labels between Shakeology and other popular protein and meal replacement shakes.  I learned about how Shakeology is made.
